How I Work

I offer a free initial consultation. I will discuss your health, nutritional habits, lifestyle and fitness goals. This initial session also includes a fitness assessment, a useful starting point for your training programme whatever your fitness level. The fitness assessment includes recording your , Height, Weight, and Waist/Hip Ratio. Your sessions are then booked monthly in advance with me. You’ll be invoiced monthly in advance of sessions.

    Hi Pete,
    I am thinking about booking some Personal training with you. I am currently exercising 5 times a week doing Boby Combat, spin and Pilates. These are all great but I want to add a bit more variety but also so more specific training. I am getting married next year and want to tone up my upper body/back for my dress. I can send you my current training schedule & food diary if that is any help!
