How I Work

I offer a free initial consultation. I will discuss your health, nutritional habits, lifestyle and fitness goals. This initial session also includes a fitness assessment, a useful starting point for your training programme whatever your fitness level. The fitness assessment includes recording your , Height, Weight, and Waist/Hip Ratio. Your sessions are then booked monthly in advance with me. You’ll be invoiced monthly in advance of sessions.
