Fitness Cardio Workout Class Starting September 9th 2010. Every Thursday 7.30 - 8.30pm Hall Place Sports Pavilion, Bourne Road, Bexleyheath, Kent.

A fun exciting class where you'll tone, tight and have real fun. You'll be working the whole body with a variety of exercises. A total body workout for all levels. This class is GUARANTEED to burn the fat, tone, build strength and improve cardiovascular fitness.

Spaces are limited, so book your place today! £7.50 per session. Cheaper if you pay a month in advance.

New Gym Circuit Class Starts Wednesday 21st July 2010 - 8 to 9pm

Maximum of 6 people! If your looking for an all over body workout then book your place today. Price £12 per session. Book 4 in advance for only £10 per session. Limited Spaces!

There is NO Boxercise on Saturday 28th August and 4th September.
