			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a title="Virgin Active" href="http://www.virginactive.co.uk/" target="_blank">Virgin Active</a> &#8211; Guinness World Record was broken on Monday December 5, 2011. At exactly 6pm GMT, and globally across 255 <a title="Virgin Active" href="http://www.virginactive.co.uk/" target="_blank">Virgin Active gyms</a>, packed spin classes (v-cycle) started to turn those pedals non-stop for 15 minutes to raise money for <a title="Sparks children's charity" href="http://www.sparks.org.uk/" target="_blank">Sparks children&#8217;s charity</a>.</p>
<p>Raising money for Sparks, the charity that funds pioneering medical research into heart defects in babies was an honour for me. I was proud to be a part of it. Well done to all those who took part.</p>
