Fitness Cardio Workout Classes in Bexleyheath Kent 

RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

Every three months, Les Mills releases a new RPM™ class with fresh choreography and music.

    Body Tone

    If you want to add some variety to your weight training routine, Body Tone is the class for you. The workout concentrates on all major muscle groups using, steps, body bars, and light dumbbells to provide varying resistance. a total body workout!

    I teach these classes in a several gyms in the Bexleyheath and Kent area.

    New Fitness Classes starting from September 9th 2010 every Thursday from 7.30 - 8.30pm - Limited Spaces Hall Place Sports Pavilion, Bourne Road, Bexleyheath. Toning, Boxercise, Conditioning.

     

    New Gym Circuit Class Starts Wednesday 21st July 2010 - 8 to 9pm

    Maximum of 6 people! If your looking for an all over body workout then book your place today. Price £12 per session. Book 4 in advance for only £10 per session. Limited Spaces!
