Welcome to Pete's Boot Camp, the home of boot camps in London and Kent. Boot camp workout is a great way to get into amazing shape, regardless of your present fitness levels!

The great thing about boot camp is that it is the complete opposite of working out on your own in the gym. You will be training outside, doing different, effective workouts in a group with other people who want to have fun and get great results. There is no regular workout, each session is different but all are designed to maximise results in the shortest space of time.

Taking part in Pete's Boot Camp will not only make sure you are physically fit enough to cope with whatever life throws at you, it will also make you mentally tough by pushing you further than what you thought possible. In difficult times this will help you cope in a tough world.

At Pete's Boot Camp we offer only really positive encouragement, there is no screaming and shouting! Well not much! We want you to love and look forward to your workouts, not dread them! All classes are limited to 10-16 people. We have chosen this amount as we find it encourages the group dynamics and we can still offer individual support, check exercises are performed safely and correctly whilst still making sure you do not disappear into just another member of the group.

This was my first boot camp. The workouts were upbeat and fun but Peter pushed us all the way to achieve our fitness goals. I loved exercising outside, especially watching the clouds pass by as we were doing our crunches. Each week the workouts were varied and more of a challenge. Peter's Knowledge and enthusiasm made the boot camp one of the most rewarding things that I have done. Thanks for making it such a great experience."
